Earlier vintages of the Abbona brothers' Barolo, Barbaresco and Barbera are regarded highly in the latest edition of Parker's Wine Buyer's Guide. Jusuflably so for the wines made by the Abbona brothers are extremely good and the grapes come from vineyards which cover some of the best areas in Piedmont from which we have carefully selected a number of their wines. An added bonus to the quality of the wines is the style and method of presentation for each bottle has been thought out with care as to its size and the design of the label.

Cantine Volpi was founded in 1914 by the Volpi family who continue to run it as a family business. Bruno and Carlo Volpi specialise in wines from the Colli Tortonesi DOC region of Piedmont and their Barolo is also an excellent wine.

TENUTE NEIRANO
Tenute Neirano is in the Mombaruzzo commune in the Alto Monferrato where wines have been produced since 1014. Giacomo Sperone and his sons Paolo and Antonio initially concentrated on sparkling wines but now produce some classic wines from their modern winery.
