Arising from the first British-German Colloquium, held in Berlin in 2006, a group of British clinicians undertook a group visit to Auschwitz Birkenau over the weekend of 4th/6th May, 2007.

This proved to be a very harrowing and affecting experience for all involved and a compilation of images from the two concentration camps, photographed and edited by Anthony Cantle, gives a flavour of the experience. An article about the visit will hopefully be published in the Bulletin in due course.

The slideshow of photographs taken at the time has been made by Anthony Cantle. It includes a piece of music by Henryk Gorecki, which accompanies the photographs and will require you to turn on your computer's stereo speakers if you have them.
