The GaN Waste Treatment System incorporates a proprietary catalyst that cracks input precursors and produces harmless by-products that can be safely discharged to atmosphere.

OptoMet:
The OptoMet software in conjunction with the self aligning temperature stabilised high resolution interferometer, yield the growth rate closed loop control.
