Reactor Control Center.
The reactor control centre has been designed to improve upon the current computerised systems. Utilising the power of 5 processors RC2 is by far the most advanced and integrated control mechanism available. Two large area displays give instant access to growth parameters and the touch screen keyboard allows access to most parameters with just two keystrokes. The console has been integrated into the MOCVD tool, and this allows the console to interact in real time to provide total closed loop control. The recipe editor on the system is easy to use and allows the user full flexibility, e.g, in the ramping of channels to different mathematical functions and allowing different channels to track each other. Several pre-set "Idle" states are available which can be set to the users configuration, e.g., the safe state, the idle state and a ready to run state can be pre-set.
