EMF Ltd was founded in 1991 to provide chemical precursors to the electronics industry. Since then we have established a world wide reputation as a leading supplier of high purity Organometallics for 111/V Epitaxy. The EMF facility has been specially designed to bring the benefits of economy to our customers. The proprietary DEOX(tm) and the patented Gas Chromatography technologies are both continuous processes which enables EMF Ltd to manufacture the high purity chemicals in a cost effective manner.

In 1994 EMF expanded into the manufacture of MOCVD systems for 111/V and 11/VI epitaxy. EMF supplies new and remodelled MOCVD equipment for both research and production. Applications include alloys of GaAs, GaAlAs, InP, GaN, GaInN, GaAlN and CdHgTe. Systems are supplied with a comprehensive Technology package and full Process Training.

We have an ongoing research and development programme supported by government contracts and close links with major academic institutions throughout the world, to provide our customers with state of the art Equipment, Chemicals and Materials.
