Saturn:
Designed for production, Saturn utilises the advanced VFE technique, yeilding reproducable and efficient growth of conventional alloys. The semi-intellegent Reactor Control Center RC2 is in total control of the growth process, allowing interactive feedback about the growth process.

Titan:
Designed for research and pilot production, Titan also utilises the advanced VFE technique, yeilding reporducable and efficient growth of conventional alloys. The true closed loop control is provided by the semi-intellegent Reactor Control Center RC2.

Mercury:
The Mercury MOCVD tool is a versatile research and development system. Mercury utilises the tried and tested methods of growth developed by the Cambridge Instrument MR102 and Quantax. With improved contol supplied by RC2 and advanced gas systems the Mercury can offer In-situ monitoring and closed loop control.
