Epiwafers

Vertical integration is the key to our success. EMF Ltd is unique among the merchant epitaxial vendors in being able to manufacture high purity precursors, using the DEOX(tm) process, and to employ an in house prototyping service to provide material/device correlation.

We supply GaN, GaAs and InP based epitaxial wafers for both optoelectronic and microwave applications.

All wafers are fully chacterised using an extensive array of assessment equipment
