UltraPurge^TM Bubblers

The three way valve configuration was pioneered by EMF and is now rapidly becoming the industry standard. The central valve cross purge facility provides the user with a simplified leak testing routine and more rapid bottle changeover times. The internal dip tubes and container are electropolished and the weld proceedures are designed to eliminate internal voids. Individual cylinders are vacuum baked prior to filling and certified leak tight using a He leak detector.

The bubblers are fitted with thermowell tubes for contamination free monitoring of the source temperature. EMF is unique in filling the bubblers under high vacuum and every bubbler is individually tested and analysed using a mass spectrometer. This ensures more consistant bubbler to bubbler bathc to batch uniformity. The UltraPurge^TM Bubbler is designed to be recycled and avoids costly disposal problems.
