Alcester Library
now has its own photocopier; it is a do-it-yourself coin operated machine and the cost of
l0p per sheet.
'Rural Life' is
theLibraries and Heritage theme this year. The local Flower Club will be decorating the
library on 15th September - 29th. A display of wild flower paintings by Mrs Seymour will
take place on 30th October - 20th November.
Mr Hamblin will
be displaying bird photographs on 30th October - 25th October.
Wormwood
Pudding and Humble Pie:-
An exhibition of documents from the County Record Office describing eating habits and
recipes through the centuries is at present on display in Kenilworth and Rugby libraries
and is due at Stratford library 2nd-28th February 1994 at Alcester library 2nd-28th March
1994
On 21st September
Alcester library is holding a morning for retired people (10 a.m. - 1 p.m.). There will be
displays information and coffee, etc.
