Physik's  PalmPilot  Pages  -  Carrying  It

The true test of a personal organiser is not "what can it do ?", but rather "have you got it with you ?"

The Palm organisers are small enough to fit in a shirt pocket - though in practice this tends to be somewhat precarious !  Personally, I use a zip-closing reinforced case that attaches to a quick-release belt clip called the Wrap5MkII, which is made by I2IUK.  It's a bit conspicuous, but works very well for safe carriage and rapid access.

As a medical officer in the Royal Army Medical Corps, there are also times when I need a Palm organiser case that is not only indestructible, but also waterproof.  On such occasions I use an Otterbox 2000, which is made by Otterbox and I attach the Palm organsier inside it by means of two velcro strips at the rear.  I'm working on a condensed foam insert which will also accommodate a couple of spare batteries.
