Sidney's Kidney Appeal has the following objectives:-

1. To raise an additional £5,000,000, on top of our normal fund-raising
2. To raise public awareness of kidney disease in it's many guises.
3. To raise public awareness of the work of the National Kidney Research Fund and Kidney Foundation
4. To promote the Organ Donor Card
