The park is situated 2 miles south of the centre of chelmsford. There is a rail service to the site and back. The bus service on Friday afternoon and Monday Morning will drop off and pick up from the bus stop by the park entrance on the A1016 (near to campsite entrance). On saturday and Sunday the bus service will drop off and pick by gate 1 using the A414 entrance to the park.

Should you arrive at the site on foot you should follow the sign posted pedestrian route. If you arriving by car from East Anglia follow the A12 to Chelmsford and then follow sign posts for the site. If arriving by car from the North South and West take the M25 to junction 28 take the A12 and at the chelmsford exit follow the sign posts to the site you will then arrive by the A1016 entrance.

When parking your vehicle please park in the position indicated by the cark parking stewards and note the designated lane your vehicle is parked in, as this will help you in locating vehicle when you leave.

There is a drop off / pick up point thats is located in Blue car park adjacent to the A414 entrance. This will be well  stewarded and sign posted
