Lactose Intolerance

What is this site about?

When this site was first developed very little was available on the net for people in the UK and Europe who suffered from Lactose Intolerance and dairy allergies. The site was created to provide a resource of information on products and other groups who could offer help and advice not readily available from Doctors and other health professional.

The site now provides information on where to purchase the ever increasing number of dairy free products and most important of all, make our doctor's and those in the medical profession understand that many complaints may be food allergy related, rather than putting these problems down to behaviour and how our children are brought up.

The sites listed in this section are a mix of private and commercial interest sites that may be of some help. Further commercial sites can be found by clicking here

There are a number of self help groups available and I've listed some that you can contact who will be able to give you advice and help, although many of them deal with all types of allergies, they do have members and advice for those of you with LI. Why not contact them, they are run by volunteers, so please be patient and remember to send a stamped address envelope at all times.
