PERSONAL NOTES AND OBSERVATIONS

Released 9th June 1977, "CSN" was the trio's second album. They had moved on from the bickering and feuding and had put aside their differences, and Neil, to produce one of their most musically acclaimed albums to date.

With "CSN" they had moved on to a more polished and produced sound. Moving away from their usual acoustic sound, they presented their flawless vocals and songwriting talents in a new, brighter way. From the very opening chords of "Shadow Captain" you knew you were in for something totally different.

There is not bad track on this album in my opinion. This album contains many of their most loved songs. My favourite tracks are "See the changes" and "In my dreams".
