Agenda can also provide you with scheduled visits to your site by a qualified engineer. These visits, in addition to the remote dial-in support, provide you with effective cover to reduce the chances of problems on your system. The Agenda Business Systems Ltd Helpdesk is only available to those companies who hold a current valid network support contract.
