Hodé Galatan is the first performance phase of an intensive three week collaboration between Earthfall, Wales’ leading Dance Theatre company and the Ancient Orchestra Choir from Gardzienice in Poland.

Under the creative team of Tomasz Rodowicz, Jessica Cohen, Jim Ennis and Cai Tomos the result is a stunning 10 voice choir singing the music of Ancient Greece and using highly contemporary physical performance. Drawing on ancient and modern events from Greek literature and world history, the performance uses an exhilarating collage of voice, film, ancient and contemporary music and image to depict a narrative of love and war.
