There is a revised edition of Magician available in the UK This contains extra text which was not included in the original publication due to restrictions in the size of the book. They have now been added back in and published as the authors prefered edition. Both UK editions of Magician are published as single volume. As I understand it, the US edition is published as two volumes; Magician:Apprentice and Magician:Master.
