Example: 12 people booking for a stay in any house in early March for 11 nights would be charged 1 x Weekly Rate, plus 4 x Nightly Rates, a total of $2163 or £1461. That's less than $22.20 or £14.90 per night/per person. Plus pool heat if required.

If your holiday extends into a higher rate band, then the higher rate will apply for that portion of your vacation. If you wish to book for less than 6 nights, then a surcharge of $100 (£69 UK Pounds) will be levied on the nightly rates to both bring them into line with the weekly rate (and also to cover the cleaning and maintenance costs which are incorporated into the weekly charges). We reserve the right to surcharge for parties of more than 10 guests, depending on the mix of adults/children.

These prices are the 2002/3 Owner rates. If you want to make bookings for future years now, then these rates will also apply. If you want to wait...then the pricing at the time of booking will apply. All rates are exclusive of the State and County taxes (12% in 2002).
