The Concept of Corporate Rental

Progressive companies realise the importance of having a "bolt hole". Whether it is used for entertaining important customers, rewarding and motivating exceptional staff or to give special associates the oppportunity to re-focus priorities in a peaceful and calm environment, access to a company retreat has never been more important.

Today, companies are questioning the need to own and run these retreats. Initial start-up costs are prohibitive, running costs are high and staff are needed throughout the year to ensure that a property's infrastructure is superbly maintained.  Shareholders, of course, sometimes question their operational necessity.

Il Girasole has been designed to give companies an opportunity of having a corporate retreat without the concomittant attached costs.

Companies may reserve Il Girasole for a fixed period, normally the Spring and Summer months running from mid-May to mid-October.

Payment of the deposit guarantees that the house will be available only to your company throughout the period of the agreement. Who stays at Il Girasole is then entirely up to you. When guests are booked, your company is billed an accommodation charge based on their length of stay. If nobody is booked, there are no accommodation charges.

The owners are determined to give only the very best standard of individual service and consequently limit the number of guests. Every effort is made to tailor each stay to the particular and specific needs of the incoming visitors.

The owners have also tried to make the whole stay as fully inclusive as possible. All meals at Il Girasole (and up to three meals at local restuarants) are included, as too are local wines, beers and spirits. Laundry and cleaning are also provided on a daily basis. Guests are personally met at the arrival airport of their choice and throughout their stay are driven wherever they wish to go - Rome, the mountains, the coast, the opera - the list is almost endless.
