We offer Il Girasole as a corporate rental exclusively to one company for a minimum of six months. The house is designed by Michelle Graham whose portfolio includes renovations for The Savoy Group, Cathay Pacific Airways and select hotels across North America.  The house is managed by her husband Duncan Graham, the General Manager of the famous St. Regis Hotel, Washington DC - a 2002 Conde Nast Traveler Gold List Award winner of the World's Finest Hotels.

Marnacchia is a special place - a hill with a 140 year old farmhouse named Il Girasole, uninterrupted views toward the Appenine Mountains and located on the very edge of The Sibillini National Park.

The restoration work, undertaken by local artisans, has been faithful to the house's origins with handmade chestnut windows and doors, terracotta floor tiles, fireplaces and exposed oak beams.

We are currently answering enquiries for corporate rental in the year 2005.
