Redesign for ODL QC Website

The ODL QC website is currently being redesigned, as from April 2009.    Our hope is that the new look will be cleaner, and easier to read and to use.

Like topsy, our website has grown over the years, to become a significant resource.    Rather than remove all this material, we have decided to leave it in place, at least for now.

As the redesign progresses, so more and more of the site will adapt to the new format.    In the meantime, we hope that users will indulge the occasional variation.

All pages should be dated, so there should be no ambiguity as to what is current, and what is there for historical interest or information.
