You don't have to be mad to be an international gricer, but it undoubtedly helps. Olaf Güttler was in Cambodia in 1991 and was probably the last gricer to see real steam at work here. He sent me some photographs of the trip (shame about the weather), but these have had to be removed owing to lack of space. However, they are all (and more) on our CD-ROM Tiger Steam.
