Members of the committee are elected and appointed at the Annual General Meeting.

All members of the committee agree to work on behalf of the South East Music Alliance and its members on a non-paid voluntary basis for a minimum period of one year.

Annual accounts are prepared from receipts, bank statements, invoices and other financial records. The accounting period runs from 1st June to 31st May each year. Accounts must be approved by a senior member of the committee.
