DVD RECORDING AND PRODUCTION
HAVE YOUR OWN 45 MINUTE DVD PRODUCED FOR PROMOTION AND SALE FIXED PRICE INCLUDES:
• 2 X CAMERAMEN AND CAMERAS
• 2 X FIXED CAMERAS
• FULL VISION MIX ON SITE
• EDITING TO 1 X 45 MINUTE DVD
• 50 x DVD COPIES OF FINISHED WORK
• MCPS LICENCE FOR UP TO 500 COPIES
HOW IT WORKS -
• The venue must be suitable for production. i.e. stage lighting etc.
• The Artiste/Artistes must have written permission from the booker and venue for a film crew
to be admitted.
• Crew must be permitted into the venue at least 2 hours prior to audience arrival
• Crew will require line feed out of sound desk of Artiste/s
• Video will be shot throughout the Artiste/s performance (Max 3 hours).
• 50 x finished copies (including presentation case) of edited 45 minute DVD will be supplied within
30 days of filming. Editing at editor’s discretion.
• Additional copies (Maximum total permitted under licence—450)
• Payment—Deposit of £50 with booking. Settlement required before delivery of DVD’s

• Nikon full digital camera
• CD Rom of Images taken
• Written copyright agreement permitting use by Artistes
