GUILTY AS CHARGED were formed in 2001. They are a three piece band who specialise in Country Music for partner dancers, line dancers, freestyle dancers and for those who prefer to just listen to pure country.
Pete is on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Alan is on lead guitar and vocals and Kelvin, on bass guitar and vocals.
All born in Bristol, they have worked together in various bands since the 1970’s when they were playing the social club circuit throughout the South of England.
After more than a decade together, Pete left for Australia where he was bitten by the country music bug. Alan went on to work on the cruise and overseas holiday circuit and Kelvin remained playing the club circuit in the Bristol and surrounding counties.
When Pete returned to England and after a get together, they decided to re-form under the name of Bandwagon but found shortly after that this name was already taken. Starting as a four-piece they dropped back to the original three and with the new name of “GUILTY AS CHARGED” they broke into the Country Music circuit.
