If you are having problems recording your titles you should consult the RecordingProblems document in the Documentation folder on the installation CD.
You must make sure that you follow the installation guide found in the Documentation folder on the CD. At the end of this guide is a list of common problems. Please consult this before emailing keylink. This list covers about 95% of all problems encountered.
